Here it is my friends, Good Ole' New York City.. well at least one part of it. I am really proud of this panorama.
Canal Street--
The first time we traveled into the city, we walked right into Canal Street. Now, I did not really know what to expect from Canal Street, but from what Tori's dad told us "expect people to be bombarding you with 'we have purses, watches, shoes, anything for yous'" Which was what exactly it was. People were scattered all over the street like, ALLL over, trying to sell their illegal purses, watches, etc. So I decided to try out this whole haggling for prices and look what I was able to buy..
Okay, so I am a very cheap person anyone who really knows me knows that. I was skeptical of the buying things illegally thing at first, but then after I only spent $25 on my Tory Burch purse and $20 on my Michael Kors, I was giddy to continue shopping. Unfortunately, I had to save my money so I only ended up buying these two from Canal Street.. but hey I am not complaining. I love them.
"Wicked" The Musical--
This was the only picture I could get of the set and the musical, but I LOVED "Wicked". Honestly, my #1 suggestion for those of you wanting to visit NY one day, You HAVE to go to a Broadway Show. Yes, the tickets are so expensive, but if you buy them early the cheaper they are more likely to be. Let me tell you, Tori and I spend a long time trying to decide what musical to go to (either Lion King, Phantom of the Opera, or some other random) but I am so glad we went and saw "Wicked".
Lastly, while we drove through West Hamptons (no big deal there was highhhh class cars just crusin' everywhere) we stopped in to an actual Alex and Ani store! It was huge and I could have spent all day in here but finally I decided on buying this cute NYC bangle! As you can tell I just love Alex and Ani jewelry!
As I said, this was my last post about my trip to New York! I had so much fun. I really think everyone should experience New York City at some point in their life. It's really eye opening experience and makes your realize how small your problems really are when there is so much more out there in the world!
